I'm a 27 year old student finished up her undergraduate studies at the end of the year (or beginning of next depending on when classes fall). Have been overweight for some time now and need to get it off. I'm not at happy with where I am and haven't been for quite some time now. I don't eat much, which I'm sure contributes to my problem of weight. Lately, I've been walking to work and working out to Tae Bo (which I can't say that I like Tae Bo so much, but it is effective.) I also love to rollerblade and do yoga.
I've also started the Fat Smash Diet (as of the 25 July).
My goal is for the end of the year to reach my goal of 130. As a result of this, I want to go snowboarding, something which I've never done before but always wanted to try.
